Privacy Policy
Effective September 20, 2026
Activity lets two people send each other a simple request and answer it. This policy explains what we collect to make that work, and nothing else.
What we collect

What we don’t do
- No advertising, and no tracking across other apps and websites.
- We don’t collect your device’s advertising identifier.
- We don’t sell or share your data with anyone.
- We don’t access your contacts, photos, or location.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase handles sign-in and app usage statistics.
- Cloudflare hosts our servers and database.
- Apple delivers push notifications.
- Sentry receives crash and error reports, and feedback you send.
They process data only to provide these services to us.
Emails we send
Some emails are part of the service, such as a reply to your feedback or a message about your account or a payment. Those aren’t optional while you have an account.
We may also send occasional news about Activity, such as a new feature. By creating an account you agree to receive those, and you can stop them at any time: every one has an unsubscribe link, or email us and we’ll take you off the list. Unsubscribing doesn’t change anything else about your account.
We don’t sell or share your email address, and we don’t send anyone else’s marketing. If you signed in with Apple’s private relay address, our email reaches you through Apple without us ever seeing your real address.
Your partner
While you’re linked, your partner sees your name, your requests, your answers and their notes, and your shared history. If you unlink, no new requests can be sent, and the history you made together stays with both of you, including in each person’s export, until one of you deletes their account.
Getting a copy of your data
Export everything we hold about you in the app under Settings › Export Data. You get a file with your account, every partner you’ve linked with, all your requests, answers and notes, the nudges you’ve used, and how many each of you allows. You can also email us for a copy.
Deleting your data
Delete your account in the app under Settings › Delete Account. This removes your account, your pairing, your history, and your device tokens. You can also email us and we’ll delete it for you.
To remove a single request, swipe it away in History. It’s deleted for both of you, note included.
Children
Activity is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above.
